Use of the Service
You may browse the vault and, with a free account, save favorites and submit scores. You agree not to abuse the leaderboards, submit false scores, or attempt to disrupt the platform. Accounts used for abuse may be suspended.
User Content
Profile names and scores you submit must not be unlawful, infringing, or abusive. We may remove content that violates these terms.
Third-Party Games
Embedded games are provided by third parties and are subject to their own terms. We curate titles in good faith but are not responsible for their content, availability, or behavior.
Intellectual Property
The ClassicGameSpots branding, layout, and original arcade games built for this site are ours. Game titles and thumbnails remain the property of their respective owners and are linked here for discovery.
