Information We Collect
ClassicGameSpots is a curated directory of browser games. We collect only the minimal data needed to operate the app: the email you register with, your profile name, and the favorites and scores you submit. Gameplay happens in your browser and is not tracked at the individual level.
How We Use It
Your account data powers your profile, leaderboards, and saved favorites. We use anonymous, aggregated analytics to understand which games are popular and to improve discovery across the vault.
Third-Party Games
Many titles are embedded from third-party providers (such as GamePix). When you play one, that provider's own privacy practices apply to that session. We link to games we trust but do not control their policies.
Cookies & Sessions
We use a session token to keep you signed in. We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.
Your Choices
You can edit your profile name at any time, remove your favorites, and request deletion of your account data by contacting us. You may also browse the vault without an account.
Children's Privacy
ClassicGameSpots is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
